I’m so stinkin’ excited it’s fall and that means it’s PSL time! Have you heard that Starbucks is using real pumpkin this year instead of whatever nasty, orange, artificial crap of the past? Now I feel much better about ordering one every time I’m in town (although my ww points don’t reflect that).
Have you heard of Amlactin? It’s body lotion with lactic acid which exfoliates the roughest of skin. I started using it for bumps on my upper arms (after a long night of googling the situation) and not only did it clear those up but my elbows and knees are softer than they’ve ever been. I use it on my whole bod, although it doesn’t feel great on freshly shaved legs. It’s not thick or greasy and it will save you from looking like a flaking lizard this winter. I’ve seen Amlactin for sale at Walmart, Costco, and Amazon.
We’ve all seen the Urban Decay pallets. Maybe you’re not one to spend $54 on an eyeshadow kit, or maybe you have every one they’ve ever come out with (guilty). Either way, this is one is a MUST if you’ve ever wanted to achieve that beautiful Pinterest-perfect smokey eye. The colors are beautiful, but that’s nothing new. What I love most are the instructions on exactly how to create 4 different smokey eyes (they call it a lookbook). I’ve tried every one of them except “Smoky Cat” because I don’t look good in bronze. I’m pretty savy when it comes to make-up but this lookbook really taught me some new moves. Anyway, GET IT! If you’re disappointed, there’s something wrong with you.
FLARE LEG DENIM IS FINALLY BACK! I’m thrilled, can you tell? I’ve been missing these leg lengthening, boho beauties. I’ve ordered several brands and cannot even wait to find my perfect match. Guaranteed to make you look thinner and taller.
If you’re into make-up you’ve surely heard of the Beautyblender. I’ll let you google that, but this here is the Blotterazzi made by the same geniuses. So instead of continually applying powder to your shiny face throughout the day and making a cakey mess, you use this little guy to blot all the shine away. Washable, reusable, purse-fittable.
Even though it’s hotter than hell in many places, fall is here. Time to add cozy textures like faux fur, chunky knit, velvet, burlap, etc. I love H&M’s home line. It’s on-trend and inexpensive.
I’m also loving that plaid flannel shirts are back. Not the oversized, grunge variety but a cute rolled-cuff fitted version. Do you have a fall must-have to share? Tell me what you’re loving right now for a chance to win a Blotterazzi of your very own.
