I get so inspired in March. It’s my birthday month, things start to green up and bloom, and St. Patrick’s day is smack in the middle. We have legit Irish heritage so I find St. Patty’s extra festive. Anyway, I always do a little spring wardrobe update and this year is especially fun because I’ve lost 14 pounds since January 4th. Halle-STINKIN-lujah.
So, here are a few hot little numbers that’ve caught my eye lately; some I’ve had forever, some new, and a few I WANT!
Pretty much every single thing from Golden Thread is to die for and perfect alone or layered. If I had to chose one thing it would be this statement piece, the gold disc necklace.
You can also get it with a little diamond.
These tan suede lace-up espadrilles from Nordstrom feel grown-up, boho-casual. I’m not a fan of heels so these are perfect. Yes, they are spendy. I just don’t handle cheap shoes very well. I went a half size up because I like spring/summer shoes to feel loose and comfy. Imagine with white ankle jeans and a military jacket. Yep.
My favorite bracelet that I wear nearly every day is here and this Guilding Path Double Wrap by Stella & Dot is a cute new variation of it. The leather is so soft and lightweight you can’t even tell you’re wearing anything. Our cousin Tiffany Smiley is a S&D stylist (with a new fabulous blog), check her out!
Speaking of Stella & Dot, this Getaway bag is callllling to me. It expands with a zipper and has a strap to wear to go crossbody. I mean, for heaven’s sake…
Another accessory I wear at least twice a week are these gold Nickel & Suede leather earrings. Again, so lightweight I forget I’m wearing them. Comfort is the most important factor, amiright? I prefer the medium size. These come in tons of great colors too.
I made a little Polyvore set to show it all off. I paired it all with a green military jacket because these suckers are STILL huge and you can find them everywhere & at every price point.
There it is, Green + Gold.
Have the best week, guys. We’ll be enjoying some cold beer & corned beef come Thursday.?
